Taken with a Sony nightshot camera at 4 frames per second the mountain is about 13 miles away and these lights are visible to the naked eye on occasion when at their brightest. The lights have strobing intensity and a pure white light in color. The lights occur at many locations at once and pop up intermittently. I find the phenomena very interesting and some years and seasons are better than others for observation. The lights do not occur at the same location twice, they are always at some slightly different location, though in the same general area. This is video footage shot with a sony nightshot camera of three points of light in a elongated Triangle pattern. Shot during the stay of CSETI 9-07-02. Several triangles and other paranormal sightings were made that week. CSETI practises ET contact in their week long training exercises. A week before we saw this one, we saw one that did a 180 degree complete turn and stopped... then all three lights went out together. This is impossible for a satellite to do as it would fall into the earths gravity losing centrifigal force keeping it in orbit. There was no sound and it was not a plane. The lights were high in the sky as satelites would be. Didnt notice it blocking out the stars as if it were a solid object. Have been told they may be NOSS Triads, spy satellites, by the National UFO Reporting Center. Satellites cant stop or turn in this way. The Heavens Above website lists NOSS satellites, secret satellites, how can they track top secret satellites?
